What happens if I forget my password?

If a user signs up with an email address and forgets their password, they can simply select the “Forgot Password?” link on the sign in portal. A new page will open asking for the user’s email address. Once “reset password” is selected, an email will be sent to the email address provided with instructions for creating a new password.
