  • Do I need a credit card to try the Free Trial?

    No, you do not need to input your credit card details to start our 90-day free trial. However once your free trial is completed, you will lose access to the platform. To regain access, you will need to switch to one of our paid options.

  • What’s the difference between the plans?

    Currently, Datanyze offers two plans for users. “Nyze Lite” is a 90-day free trial option that does not require a payment option on file and gives users free credits that can be used to reveal contact information through the Datanyze Google Chrome extension or through Datanyze Directories.

    Users that sign up for “Nyze Lite” using a business email address will receive 10 credits monthly for 3 months. At the end of this trial period, users can either upgrade to Nyze Pro or lose access to their revealed details. Please note that Nyze Lite users will not be able to access contact information that was previously revealed.

    Users that sign up for “Nyze Pro” will see their monthly credits expand to 90 credits a month.

    Users will soon have the ability to increase their monthly allotted credits on the “Nyze Pro” plan, and a team option will be made available for organizations looking to pool credits.

  • What are credits?

    1 Credit = 1 Contact Information Reveal

    For instance, if you are on the LinkedIn profile for John Doe, you can access details like phone numbers and email addresses for John Doe using one credit.

    • Via the Google Chrome Extension
    • Via Datanyze Directory Pages

  • When will I be billed?

    For monthly plans, a credit card is charged when a user purchases, and will then be charged every month on the renewal date. For example, if you purchase a paid plan on December 15, your account will automatically renew again and will be billed on January 15.

    For yearly plans, a credit card is charged for the full amount when the user purchases. Users will receive all credits at the moment of purchase. Yearly plans are non-refundable.

    Does my plan renew automatically?

    Yes, plans automatically renew.

  • Can I cancel my plan? Can I upgrade my plan?

    A user can cancel the renewal of their plan at any time for any reason by visiting the Subscription section within their account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    Users will have access to their plan and credits until the renewal date. For example, if you purchase a paid plan on December 15, then choose to cancel the renewal of your plan on December 20, you will still have access to your subscription until January 15.

    Annual credits will remain available until the end of the annual subscription.

    Please note that upon cancelation, all the contacts revealed during a paid subscription will be locked and only made available only upon the renewal of a subscription.

    Currently, only one subscription plan is available, but additional upgrade options will be made available soon.
