A user can cancel the renewal of their plan at any time for any reason by visiting the Subscription Overview section within their account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Users will have access to their plan and credits until the renewal date. For example, if you purchase a paid plan on December 15, then choose to cancel the renewal of your plan on December 20, you will still have access to your subscription until January 15.
Annual credits will remain available until the end of the annual subscription.
Please note that upon cancelation, all the contacts revealed during a paid subscription will be locked and only made available only upon the renewal of a subscription.
Currently, only one subscription plan is available, but additional upgrade options will be made available soon.
I have cancelled the plan in mistake, how can I reactivate?
A user can reactivate a canceled subscription before the end of the current billing cycle. For instance, if a user purchased a paid plan on December 15 and mistakenly canceled their subscription on December 20, they will have until January 15 to reactivate their subscription from the Subscription Overview section within their account.
Where do I go to cancel or upgrade my subscription?
All upgrades and cancellations can be handled in the Subscription Overview section of the Datanyze Dashboard.
