AT&T DNS
All big companies and Internet servers providers have DNS servers. When you connect to your home network your router "or ATT's" gives your computer or tablet/smartphone an IP address and the DNS server's address to use. If you have ATT Uverse and their router, it is hard coded to use ATT's DNS.
