The company was formerly known as WYNE Systems Inc. and changed its name to Wynne Systems, Inc. in May 2004. Wynne Systems, Inc. was founded in 1991 and is based in Irvine, California with additional offices in Indianapolis, Indiana; Antwerp, Belgium; and Paris, France. As of May 17, 2012, Wynne Systems, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Trapeze Software, Inc.
