Head of Sales, Adam Leys, te lls of how his sales team has grown throughout 2015 and how quality has improved. "Our sales group is growing rapidly. In 2014 we had around ten dedicated colleagues, last year we had around 30 - but by the end of 2016 we expect to have upwards of 100. Even though our staff numbers are rising, we have managed to increase the quality of our leads - whereas you find with a lot of things, when volume increases, quality decreases. That is not the case with us." The increase in lead quality isn't by accident. The team has actively put programs in place to ensure that each lead is checked for value before being sent out. As well as expanding the number of its sales team and improving quality, The Lead Agency is now working with more manufacturers than ever before - expanding its potential for further growth. Adam continued: "We are now dealing with 14 different manufacturers, which is a 40 per cent increase on 2014. By the end of 2016 we expect to have 20 manufactures on board with us."
