Staffworks was founded in 1994, by Central New York native, Anita Vitullo. In the last 27 years, Staffworks has become Central and Southern New York's largest independently owned regional staffing services company with locations in New Hartford, Rome, Herkimer, Syracuse, Norwich, Oneonta, Binghamton, and Corning. Staffworks provides temporary and direct placement staffing services including busine ss, manufacturing, technical, distribution, customer service, and health care in skill areas from career entry to professional levels. Staffworks Inc. profits support the Staffworks Fund established in 2005 at the Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties. Over $19 million in Staffworks funds supports nonprofit organizations providing direct care and services for at-risk animals and people throughout Central and Southern New York and Pennsylvania. Since its inception, the Staffworks Fund has donated $6.8 million to 57 organizations.
