We educate and inform our community. We work to erase the stigma of mental illness, addictions and developmental disabilities by focusing on acceptance, recovery and access to services for everyone in need. We partner and collaborate. We develop and expand strategic linkages and relationships that support our mission and we work hard to help ourselves and our partners succeed. We get better and mo re efficient every year. We look for ways to be more efficient and cost effective so that we can provide better services to clients and more value to funders. We manage the business well. We continually improve technology, financial management, human resources, quality management, and other support departments to provide our staff the tools they need to deliver great services.
