Founded in 1996 by Hilary Unger with the philosophy that there is no need to choose between high design and livability, Perianth is a full-service interior design firm based in New York City providing services for both residential and commercial projects. Through the years Perianth Interior Design has continuously evolved, allowing the firm to keep in sync with the pulse of the industry and remain at the forefront of design trends. With a keen sense of what's up-and-coming, Perianth owner, Hilary Unger, takes inspiration from her everyday surroundings and experiences, which influence her creation of spaces and furniture. Hilary looks for an interactive relationship with her clients, in which they can feel comfortable communicating their desires and wishes, and she can in turn translate them into a respective design. This enables Hilary and her team to create a space that fully meets - if not exceeds - each client's expectations. Perianth is responsible for a broad range of project types in the New York City area, ranging from whimsical children's playrooms to bachelor bathrooms to entire family homes that marry sophistication with functionality.
