Northwest Instruments and Controls was incorporated in 1992 as an exclusive manufacture representative of process control equipment for the states of Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Northern New Mexico. We pride ourselves with excellent customer service, quality products, a highly trained sales staff, and the ability to provide complete engineered solutions. Our traditional markets include Power, A &E's, Oil and Gas, Refining, Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Water and Wastewater and Brewing. With our major emphasis directed towards customer service, we utilize the latest communication technology to ensure our sales people are easily accessible and have the ability to provide immediate support when needed. NIC office hours are traditionally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but do have 24 hour around the clock service support available (303) 548-7835. Our outside sales people are all highly trained in the products they sell and supported with a qualified inside sales staff. Northwest Instrument and Controls realize there are many quality products our customers can choose from but we believe what differentiates our organization from the competitors is not only having quality products but our excellent customer support when issues arise. Providing a product is only the initial step to customer services; it's after sales support that truly measures the effectiveness of sales organization and we take pride making this our primary focus.
