Established in 1987 as a provider of vacuum impregnation of castings, Magna-Tech Manufacturing, a Henkel company, has been headquartered in Muncie, IN since 1991 when it was acquired by a partnership with the goal to expand and grow the business into the industry leader of impregnation sealing services. Since that time, the Muncie plant (now Corporate headquarters) has grown from operating one imp regnation machine in an outdated facility into an industry leader with multiple locations, which include Muncie, IN; Lincolnton, NC; Sheboygan, WI; Franklin Park, IL; Glasgow, KY; Florence, KY; Stoney Creek, Ontario and Irapuato, MX. We operate multiple processing lines that utilize an array of sealing processes and sealants. In addition to our sealing services, we have diversified into other services that include Thermal Deburr, Part Derusting, Ultrasonic Parts Washing, Inspection and Testing Services. We maintain ISO 9001:2008 certification and operate on a 48-hour standard production turnaround and in some cases can turn orders in 24 hours.
