LMB Supplies Ltd is part of the LMB group which has offered a 360 Textile Recycling Service since 1985. What do we do? LMB offers councils; waste management companies; charities; schools; and companies an environmentally and financially sustainable means to dispose of old clothes and textiles. Whether you need to recycle excess stock or wish to donate clothes and textiles to raise funds, LMB can help to ensure old textiles go to good use. Old clothes and textiles are predominantly sent to developing countries, where the clothing enjoys a second life and can be re-used. LMB began manufacturing industrial rags and wipers as a means to dispose of clothing that wasn't suitable for re-use. This recycling process is essential; around 40% of clothing and textiles we receive is not of a good enough quality to be reused. This is usually due to heavy wear and tear or stains.
