LiveSmyle's primary goal is to simplify the complex world of cancer so that everyone - not just the people who are affected by it - has a chance to understand the true nature of this disease. Particularly as younger generations transition into adulthood, the discoveries that cancer research has uncovered about the progression of th is disease, how to prevent it, and the development of novel treatments must remain at the forefront of our consciousness. To help you get there, LiveSmyle curates educational multimedia about cancer that is both informative and easy to digest. The LiveSmyle Foundation was established in 2018 with the goal of broadening our impact. Donations in support of our work are granted to local cancer centers for patient and family aid. Your contributions go toward renovations in cancer patient housing, tickets to various events and experiences for patients and family members, and other areas of need outlined by cancer centers. The LiveSmyle Foundation has partnered with the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Ronald McDonald House, and Cancer Lifeline to deliver this support for local and visiting patients. Ultimately, we hope that our work will empower individuals to make the lifestyle choices that will optimize cancer prevention. In addition, those who learn from our content will be the catalyst in expanding the evolution of this new cancer awareness - a movement that will take us away from thinking that we are fighting cancer, to a movement that will bring us closer to understanding this disease, and more crucially, understanding ourselves.
