At La Tasca Restaurants we pride ourselves on developing our own team members to achieve their potential within our business. Once you join the team you will benefit from a blended learning programme that includes ground-breaking On Line modules, On-site training and development centres away from the sites. Many of our key managers have come through various roles in the restaurants, with a gre at number going on to be General Managers or indeed to take up key positions within the support teams. Culturally we encourage an environment of fun and honest endeavour whilst treating all team members with respect whatever their role maybe. We will never tell you what to do but will always support you as you progress. We have a service culture that is based on the word HOLA (Spanish for hello) and follows the journey of our guests coming into our home to enjoy their time with our family. This is key to our success.
