John Galli, Jr., Inc. is a Texas corporation established in 1986 for the purposes of developing both commercial and residential properties. The corporation has constructed more than forty commercial projects, one hundred single family residences, and three hundred residential lots. We have renovated over 200 single-family REO properties per year since 1994. GE Capital Corporation contracted with u s in 1994 for a period extending over six years to provide full property preservation and REO repair services. Their portfolio grossed our corporation just over $2 million in revenue per year in North Texas. We have now been a partner of Fannie Mae since 2001 and have provided them with construction services in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Rockwall and Denton counties. Other clients include Wells Fargo, The Home Depot, MGIC, Citi Residential, Citi Mortgage, Citi Financial, Citi Group, Mortgage Data Resources, Green River Capital, Premiere Asset Services, Genworth Mortgage, Chevy Chase Bank, Meridian Asset Services and others. As a participant in many MBA conferences, we understand and provide solutions to real estate marketing problems that mortgage companies and servicers deal with each day.
