Insight does not charge for our app. If you elect to have Insight manage a separate account after receiving an initial investment plan, you will be charged a management fee based on your assets under management. A client with a managed separate account will pay Insight a management fee of 1.57% annualized of a clients separate account net value, calculated and payable on a daily basis. The managem ent fee will be deducted directly from a clients separate account. Insights fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs and expenses which will be the responsibility of the client. Clients also will incur additional charges directly imposed by custodians, brokers, third party investment and other third parties such as custodial fees, deferred sales charges, transfer taxes, wire transfer and electronic fund fees, and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and securities transactions. Neither Insight nor any of its supervised persons accepts compensation (e.g., brokerage commissions) for the sale of securities or other investment products.
