Infinity Invest Profile and History

Infinity Invest focuses on investing in market leading businesses that require growth and development capital to reach their potential. Our strategy for investments decisions are based on long term, sustainable growth plans for the business and are not made on short term financial gains defined by a fund investment or exit period. We believe this is particularly important for companies operating i n developing markets like Turkey, where greater and more frequent market volatility occurs. We have a dedicated local team that focuses on buyouts and growth capital investments of midmarket businesses with enterprise values between USD 20m and USD 100m. Our investments are typically made in Turkey and the surrounding regions. Our team comprises individuals from six nations and a mixture of backgrounds including Mustafa and Isik who are long term operators, professional CEO's of some of the largest global corporates and advisors from some of the leading global advisory firms. Our office covers seven languages (Turkish, English, Arabic, French, German, Russian and Spanish) and Mustafa and Isik take an active role in leading the team in all investments and decisions. We look to take an active role in assisting our portfolio companies drawing from these broad and varied experiences. We also support our portfolio companies with further capital requirements especially for 'buy and build' investments where we have a strong track record of adding significant value to investments. We have also undertaken a number of very successful long term relationships with other families in our portfolio. Some of these lasting for over 30 years.
