The Company was first founded in Guangdong Qingyuan County in 1933 and was moved to Chongqing in 1938. Now the Company covers an area of 10. 45 square kilometers, has a total asset of over 6 billion yuan, forms three main industrial patterns of special product, gearbox, and special purpose vehicle, and also owned many joint enterprises, covering the industrial fields of automobile, motorcycle, and port logistics. The company has more than 3800 employees, the only gear transmission expert in the national Thousand Talents Program, CSGC science and technology leader, CSGC skill leader, and more than 1300 professionals in different fields enjoying national government allowance.
