China Development Bank International Investment Limited ("CDBII"), incorporated in the Cayman Islands, is a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("HKSE") under the Chapter 21 of the Listing Rules as a restricted fund. China Development Bank Capital Corporation Ltd () ("CDBC") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Development Bank Corporation ("CDB") and it is a key entity with in the CDB mandated to explore and implement overseas investment opportunities and to consolidate and manage the CDB's existing investments in overseas assets. CDBC intends to use CDBII as an overseas investment platform. Leveraging on CDB's prestigious status as the largest foreign currency lender and its extensive client network back by its trillion assets, CDBII will explore first-rate investment opportunities, cooperate closely with world-class partners, support Chinese enterprises with equity capital, and assist them to access CDB's credit facilities.
