At CIDC, we specialize in developing and marketing the software behind multi-player gaming, affiliate portals and other Web verticals. Our gaming platform is flexible and provides an open environment for application development and seamless integration with third-party software and services. Our downloadable and browser-based games are developed in Windows using C/C++ and Adobe Flash. We have also integrated select third-party games into our gaming portfolio. CIDC has been developing web services and applications for critical systems including financial transaction management, affiliate portals, and back-office administration for over 14 years. Traditionally we have used Perl with Mason, using HTML, CSS and AJAX to provide rich user interfaces over the web. We have always striven to stay current with evolving best practices as well as the constantly improving library of tools available to developers, such as moving to use Object-Oriented Perl, modern web application frameworks, ORMs, and Moose. We are now also developing web services and web applications with J2EE using JBoss, ActiveMQ, JMS, JDBC, ESB, AJAX, Hibernate, Struts 2, Python, Pyramid, and other Web service-oriented technologies. In addition, we have integrated several Open Source and third-party e-commerce applications, including a content management system using Plone and Zope. We also integrate third-party customer support software into our platform with functionality for email, online chat, and report ticketing.
