For 17 years, the Boys & Girls Club of Jackson County has been at the forefront of youth development in Jackson County, Georgia. We have served thousands of young people over the years who might come from socially or economically disadvantages circumstances. BGCJC actively seeks to enrich the lives of boys and girls through providing quality programs and other resources that lead to new experience s and greater outcomes for their future. The BGCJC Youth development strategy focuses on: Putting Kids First Keeping Kids Safe Helping Kids Lead Boys & Girls Club programs help to foster a sense of belonging, safety & security, knowledge and influence that builds self-confidence and self-esteem. Our programs are based in four core program areas: Character and Leadership Development Academic and Career Development Sports, Health and Life Skills The Arts
