5th Street uses Morningstar OfficeSM to provide our portfolio management system. This single, all-inclusive platform is designed to support all the aspects of our practice. Morningstar OfficeSM features robust portfolio management and performance reporting, advanced research capabilities, sophisticated investment planning, and intuitive customer relationship management tools for batch reporting an d secure communications using the Client Web Portal and document vault. Through Morningstar OfficeSM and other providers, 5th Street manages and provides transaction level accounting, asset allocation and portfolio and performance reporting for all the investment assets it manages. Through sophisticated aggregation technology 5th Street is able to efficiently and seamlessly manage an entire family's investment assets whether they are held at our preferred custodians such as Fidelity Investments and Charles Schwab & Co., or at held away accounts with annuities, college 529, 401(k), and 403(b) plans. 5th Street clients with assets managed by other investment advisors can avail themselves of this technology. This allows the client to be able to see the total aggregate view of all his or her investment assets no matter who manages them or where they are held. On an annual basis 5th Street conducts a thorough, in person, portfolio review. On a quarterly basis we deliver electronically a detailed quarterly portfolio report, and all of our clients have 24/7 access to aggregate portfolio and account level data information through their custodian and the client's secure Morningstar Web Portal.
